Activities, Goals and Vision for the Fellowship:

Fellowship Conferences, to foster fellowship, encourage regional growth and provide networking and training opportunities and are held once every four years.

Fellowship Camps for Girls and Leaders, held in the alternating years, are fun, light-hearted events geared at bringing God’s message specifically with the girls in mind. They encompass hikes, sightseeing, youth inspired workshops, beach outings and a taste of local culture.

Nationally, our member countries celebrate annual Girls’ Brigade Weeks and the Girls’ Brigade International Day of Prayer. They hold Church Parades to celebrate national holidays and special occasions and engage in Competitions, Rallies and Achievement Days.

In 2022 we hosted the first ever virtual ICGB in Jamaica.

Welcome to GB Caribbean & Americas Fellowship.

Our Fellowship is made up of Girls’ Brigade in 16 Countries.

I live in the beautiful setting of Jamaica, and we were very proud to host the first ever virtual ICGB here in 2023.

I believe that being an Officer is a call to service and we are making a difference. We are building communities and helping to transform the lives of girls and young women.

As a child I grew up in a family where volunteering was and still is part of our DNA. Giving to other warms our hearts, that is the reason we go all the way to give the best of ourselves. My greatest joy to date is to see the light in the eyes of a young brigade member, the confidence in her step and the determination to make her corner of the world a better place.

Making small actions will feel unimportant at the time. We start out doing one thing we love and go from there.

Jesus went about doing good, now it is our turn. Let us make a difference!

As IVP for the Caribbean & Americas Fellowship I pray that God will continue to help me to carry out my duties.
